Return Policy
If you want to make a return request you can do it within 30 days of receipt of goods, please contact shop@cuffiamo.com.
All goods can be returned if they aren’t damaged or washed, please send to shop@cuffiamo.com photos of goods that you want to return and write reason of return.
We will provide you address where to return goods, we recommend you to make securely packed and ship goods as insured shipping with tracking. Please note that we can’t refund you goods lost during return shipping. Please note that we can’t refund return freight cost.
As soon as we received and checked goods, we will update you about status of your reimbursement request.
Once accepted, we will refund purchase price of goods using same paymet method that you used to pay your order.
Wrong or Damaged Goods
If you received wrong or damaged goods, we are very sorry, please contact shop@cuffiamo.com sending order number and photos of goods within 30 days of receipt, we will help you.
